CANDYAPPLE RED PAINT, FRESHLY REBUILT 289CI MOTOR, C4 TRANS, GREAT VALUE STANG!

It's time to put a pony car in your garage. This 1966 Ford Mustang coupe with a 289 V8 and other nice upgrades is an affordable way to own America's favorite weekend getaway car.

If you're going to have a Mustang, it's hard to beat Candy Apple Red. While it never carried a lot of ornamentation, many regard the simplified 1966 models as the cleanest of the early Mustangs. Chrome is complete and good, including newer front and rear bumpers. The new-for-1966 grille that featured horizontal bars in place of 1965's honeycomb pattern, and a “corral” that now floated, instead of being suspended on four bars. This one has been upgraded to iconic Mag wheels with Mustang emblem in the centercap. This spirit of subtle but distinctive upgrades can be seen throughout this whole coupe.

This is an upgrade to the desirable “Pony” package that adds an upgraded luxury interior with the prancing horses embedded into the seats. The first thing that welcomes you when you open the door are the plush two-tone bucket seats. This is an upgrade to the desirable "Pony" package that adds an upgraded luxury interior with the prancing horses embedded into the seats. The five-dial gauge panel became standard in 1966, which offers a sportier look and holds a complete set of gauges. A newer AM/FM stereo head unit fits neatly in the original radio's location and it provides a nice complement to the chrome trim around the gauges and the three-spoke steering wheel. There are even some nice hints of wood paneling around the dash that coordinate nicely with the wood around the steering wheel.

Open the hood and you'll find a freshly rebuilt 289CI engine. The upgrades continue with the Edelbrock intake and four-barrel carburetor to give even more performance on the streets and a better growl to the dual exhaust. This one is an easy to choice to drive anytime thanks to features like the three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, new heater core, and the grip of BF Goodrich T/A tires.

This is the classic pony car that has all the perfect appearance and upgrades to be you favorite affordable classic. Call today!!!
