FRESH ROTISSERIE RESTO, RARE 63B, 302 V8, AUTO, PS, PB/ FRNT DISCS, A+ BUILD!!

This 1966 Ford Mustang GT is an exceptionally rare 63B code luxury fastback that also has been given a few subtle upgrades during restoration to give this iconic pony some more modern legs.

Mustang fans know truly how rare it is to find a 63B luxury fastback. Ford produced less than 8,000 of them in '66 and represented less than 1.3% of total Mustang production for that year. Oh yeah, it's the kind of rarity that will have you reaching for our phone number before you even check out the high quality restoration that has gone into this extremely desirable pony car. It all starts with the paint. The Marina Blue is an attractive way standout against the more common red or black 2+2 Mustangs. And the recent application means you get a mirror-like clearcoat shine. That's already an alluring coupe before you add all the GT package elements. After all, the white triple stripe on the rocker panels that sit between the 14-inch factory styled steel wheels give this bright blue coupe an aggressive streak. But we all know there are more GT-specific elements you need to get right, and this one has the fog lights in the grille and dual trumpet exhaust pipes coming through the rear valence. Chrome ...

Chrome is bright, the stainless has been polished, and all the little trim pieces are in place, right down to the proper GT badges on the fenders and gas cap.

Inside this one has all the right premium touches. It starts with a two-tone blue interior that coordinates nicely with the exterior paint. After all, we bet if you mix the rich blue that's on the carpeting and dash with the bright white of the seats and door panels, you'll probable get a light blue similar to the body color. Plus, everyone loves to see the premium "Pony" package interior. As the driver, we know you'll love slipping behind the three-spoke steering wheel with a wood grip that matches the glove box and gauge panel. While this looks factory-correct right down to the factory tag for the hear/defrost controls, you'll start to notice a few nice upgrades. For example, the Equus auxiliary gauges blend nicely with the rest of the interior. And while just above those is the original AM radio, there a more modern AM/FM receiver hidden in the glovebox.

When you open the hood, the presentation looks fantastic with all the right factory decals and upgraded to chrome pulleys and Cobra valve covers. And it's not just this part of the presentation that tells you there was a serious investment in the restoration, but also what's beneath the surface. You're actually looking at a much younger Ford 302 cubic-inch V8 that's been enhanced with a Holley four-barrel carburetor and an Edelbrock Performer intake. So this GT looks like a proper 289 setup, but it fires up easy and makes a deeper sound out of the dual exhaust. In fact, don't just listen to the rumble, but also follow its path in the undercarriage photos. There you will see how clean this coupe looks even in places where hardly anyone else looks at, and that's the hallmark of a great restoration. But as pretty as this car is standing still, it was made for the open road. With features like the three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and front disc brakes, you're looking at a great anytime driving classic.

Complete right down to the owner's manual, this is a rare pony car treat that's been treated to a great restoration. Don't let something this desirable slip by. Call today!!!
