BEAUTIFUL BLACK RESTO OVER TAN LEATHER, POWER TOP, NICELY OPTIONED, R134 A/C!!

For making a bold entrance, nothing works better than a mile-long black Cadillac. And thanks to lots of recent work, this one has a gorgeous tan leather interior and ice cold A/C so it's ready to cruise in first-class comfort.

The '67 models were sleeker and more angular than the '66s, with forward-canted headlights that make it look like it's in motion even when it's parked. The convertible shows off the fresh sheetmetal better than any other body style, but that also means that there's no place for questionable workmanship to hide. Fortunately, black is this car's original color so it seems to have inspired the guys in the body shop to go the extra mile. The quarter panels have creases sharp enough to give you a paper cut and the finish shines up beautifully. Usual trouble spots are non-issues on this clean southern car, including the lower bumper “pontoons” that always rot from the inside out. In fact, almost all the bright trim on this big black Caddy is either new or fresh from the plater's shop where it was refinished to shine like new. Vestiges of tailfins still highlight the rear, where the taillights feature white lenses that light up red when you hit the brakes, a cool feature ... Please ask for the full description.

Usual trouble spots are non-issues on this clean southern car, including the lower bumper "pontoons" that always rot from the inside out. In fact, almost all the bright trim on this big black Caddy is either new or fresh from the plater's shop where it was refinished to shine like new. Vestiges of tailfins still highlight the rear, where the taillights feature white lenses that light up red when you hit the brakes, a cool feature that's back in fashion today.

The sumptuous tan leather upholstery is new, too, and replicates the original patterns so that nobody will even notice anything has changed. In fact, every soft part inside the car was restored and refinished in tan, including the door panels and dash pad, and even the original steering wheel got a professionally-sewn leather cover that almost looks OEM. Tan carpets were installed at the same time and show a bit of wear, but otherwise it's a first-class cabin that befits a Cadillac of this stature. Of course the color combination is also classic and elegant, and you know that as a Cadillac, everything was standard, from power windows and locks to A/C which has a recently replaced compressor and R134a refrigerant inside. The unique AM/FM radio with both knobs on the left side still delivers the entertainment and the factory gauges still have crisp markings that are easy to read. The trunk is shockingly big for such a sleek car, but it IS a Cadillac after all, and there's a new black canvas convertible top with a matching tan vinyl boot.

Cadillac's 429 cubic inch V8 delivers the kind of effortless performance that makes these cars such magnificent highway cruisers. It isn't slow by any stretch, and if you have a lot of highway to get behind you in a hurry, few cars do it better. The engine bay is quite stock, right down to the air cleaner and Cadillac Blue paint on the engine itself, but you can see plenty of evidence of proper care and maintenance over the years. The transmission is a tough TH400 3-speed automatic spinning the original rear end, which is heavy-duty enough for a truck and has low-ratio gears for easy highway cruising. Dual exhaust sounds muscular without being muscle car loud, and the chassis is pleasingly solid, further proof of an easy life here in the south. 235/75/15 whitewall radials and stock hubcaps round out the presentation.

This is a really impressive car, particularly at this price. Nothing on four wheels can attract attention like this Cadillac, and you couldn't restore it yourself for this price. Call today!
