This cool 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS is the perfect affordable fun this summer. It's a real RS, it's got a great-running small block, a 4-speed, full RS/SS regalia, as well as a recent paint job that sparkles. For a lot of Camaro fans, nothing beats the purity of the 1967 Camaro hardtop's design, and this one is affordable enough that you can take it and make it your own.
The car was originally code D Nantucket Blue, and the recent paint job does a pretty good impression of the original color, a hue so brilliant and sophisticated that the car looks far more expensive than it is. Of course, the straight bodywork certainly helps, and you can see how sharply rendered it is with a crisp crease down the flanks, good panel gaps throughout, and a deep, rich shine. There are a few signs of use, but it sure shines up well and it will surely get a lot of admiring glances at the next cruise night. A modest cowl induction hood was added, and, of course, there's the black SS bumblebee stripe around the nose, which might be our favorite look. There's also a ducktail spoiler out back giving it a bit of attitude, and the single-element taillights are a unique look for those of us more familiar with the ...
