Don't let the boxy, truck-like exterior fool you, this is a muscle car underneath. With all the utility of a 1983 Chevy C10 pickup, it also includes a fresh small block crate motor, a fresh paint job, and a ton of luxury equipment that make this truck an outstanding cruiser for the guy who has everything.

These trucks have become icons, having appeared in TV shows, movies, and in our favorite car magazines for more than two decades. And for good reason, because this is one heck of a handsome truck, especially in unassuming tan, which helps it keep a low profile. A lifelong southern truck, we believe it to have about 68,000 original miles and the bodywork is 100% original steel. After the restoration, the current owner set the odometer back to zero, but the Autocheck/Carfax supports his claim that the truck had only 68,000 miles before the restoration. The regular cab combined with the six-foot bed makes it exactly the right size to have some fun. Big enough to work hard, but not a giant behemoth that needs two tugs and a spotter to park. Refinished just last year, the paint remains in very good condition overall, with an authentic-looking shine that will win fans at shows as onlookers reminisce about the one they used to own that was just like it (only not as nice). All the trim remains intact, including nice chrome bumpers, the bright oversized mirrors, and the stainless tailgate protector. Even the bed is shockingly straight, and offers a rubber bedliner in case you still want to do some work.

The tan cloth interior is impressive, and someone has obviously spent some money here recently. The original bench seat wears a fresh seat cover that looks original, complete with pleats and vinyl binding around the sides. New carpets and matching door panels are outstanding and durable floor mats were installed to keep everything looking fresh. Factory gauges are surprisingly complete and just about the only deviation from stock is the modern stereo system that features an SD card slot and iPod connectivity. This truck also includes factory A/C that blows ice cold thanks to a brand new compressor, so nobody can accuse it of going light on comfort. But just in case, there's also a sliding rear window that's more than adequate on all but the hottest days.

If you're expecting a wheezing 305 under the hood, you're going to be pleasantly surprised by the thumping 350 that's there now. With a 4-barrel carburetor and a wonderful-sounding exhaust note, this is a pickup with the heart of a Camaro. Dressed in a shiny chrome air cleaner, it is super sanitary under the hood, and everything works as it should, including the A/C, power steering and power brakes. It sticks to the stock recipe when it comes to the exhaust, with a two-into-one-into setup with twin chrome tailpipes out back. An automatic transmission spins the original rear end and you'll be pleasantly surprised by just how clean it really is underneath...no surprises here! Stock Rally wheels give it a sporting demeanor and carry fat 255/70/15 BFGoodrich T/A radials.

This is a very impressive truck, ready to rock this summer. Clean enough to remind us exactly what trucks were like in the early '80s, yet fast enough to be fun today. Call now!
