COLLECTABLE TONY HAWK GT, 1 OF 2, 439 ACTUAL MILES, 425 HP COYOTE 302CID, LOADED

If you follow the televised auctions, you undoubtedly saw this ultra-trick 2011 Mustang GT sell for $57,000 at Barrett-Jackson back in 2011, and it is unquestionably worth every penny. Modified by Galpin Auto Sports and built for pro skateboarder Tony Hawk's charitable foundation, it's an incredible car that has an equally incredible pedigree.

Based on a standard 2011 Mustang GT, this sleek silver pony has been extensively “Hawkized” to give it more performance and a unique look that isn't out of place anywhere. A full Street Scene body kit was installed and painted to match, along with upper and lower side scoops (the uppers take the place of the rear quarter windows), a custom grille, smoked lenses, and a lip spoiler on the rear deck. There's no mistaking the Mustang underneath, but it looks long, low, wide, and seriously musclebound, even wrapped in that sophisticated silver paint. A custom graphics package highlights the hood and sides of the car, giving more than a passing nod to the original Boss 302 and featuring Tony Hawk's logo on the hood and front fenders. The sucker's got only 439 original miles, so it's brand new in every possible way, having been the star of multiple shows ... Please ask for the full description.

Based on a standard 2011 Mustang GT, this sleek silver pony has been extensively "Hawkized" to give it more performance and a unique look that isn't out of place anywhere. The sucker's got only 439 original miles, so it's brand new in every possible way, having been the star of multiple shows and events around the country. And yes, that's Tony Hawk's signature on the rear bumper.

The stock Mustang interior is a pretty impressive setup, but for this Tony Hawk special, the seats were reupholstered in "Katzkin" leather with white stitching to give it a racy look. It's loaded with just about every possible feature Ford offered, including power windows and locks, A/C, cruise control, and a tilt wheel, along with all the standard stuff that makes the Mustang such a success year after year. Dig the retro-looking twin pod instrument panel, the three-spoke steering wheel, and the circa-1967 font on the speedometer and tach. That factory stereo setup is pretty impressive in stock form, but for the Tony Hawk special edition, it was enhanced with a set of Sony Xplod subwoofers and a custom SPX Audio enclosure in the trunk, giving you that "wall of sound" feel that's only matched by the burble of the 5.0-liter V8 under the hood. And speaking of the trunk, it's probably never carried anything so it presents in as-new condition in every way.

Ford's all-new "Coyote" V8 is a truly state-of-the-art machine that completely transformed the Mustang GT. With 425 horsepower on tap thanks to upgrades like the Flowmaster exhaust system, performance is extremely impressive at any speed. The engine is also beautiful to look at, with those eight individual intake runners, special cam covers, and obvious effort into hiding the plumbing out of sight. It's linked to a 5-speed automatic overdrive transmission which makes a fine dance partner on the street and with Ford Motorsport suspension components, it has an awesome hunkered-down look that is more than just cosmetic. With almost no miles on the car, the undercarriage is pretty much in as-delivered condition, right down to the product labels on the major components like the rear end housing. DUB contributed a set of TIS 3-piece wheels to the build, powdercoated black, of course, and they're fitted with 245/30/22 front and 265/30/22 rear Pirelli radials.

Fully documented and complete with additional decals and an autographed Tony Hawk skateboard, this show-quality Mustang is more than just another trick pony. Call today!
