When you open the doors you are greeted by blue accent lighting that shines on the glossy black vinyl. The low back buckets and rear bench are covered in pleated vinyl and it all appears rip-free. The dash houses an AM/FM/CD head unit as well as a column mounted tachometer and a couple of aftermarket auxiliary gauges to monitor the water temperature and oil pressure for the small block under the hood. If you're an Alabama fan, you'll be pleased to see rubber 'Alabama' branded floor mats keeping the black carpet from getting dirty. Should you be a fan of another team then they are always a simple replacement. Everything else appears as it should for a '68 Camaro with a classy three-spoke wood grain steering wheel topping things off.
Lift the hood on this Chevy and you'll find a 350 cubic inch V8 that looks right at home sitting between the black inner fenders. It's been upgraded with a chrome air cleaner that feeds a Holley 600cfm carburetor, while exhaust gasses are sent through Hooker headers out a dual exhaust system that produces an iconic muscle car sound. The engine has undergone a re-wire with electronic ignition, and many of the other ancillary components have been upgraded or replaced so you should be confident in reliable cruising with this one. The small block power is fed to an automatic transmission that twists the power to a 10 bolt rear end packed with 3.55 gears. Power steering and power brakes with discs up front make driving this pony car a pleasure with the power being planted through 215/65/15 front and 245/60/15 rear tires.
