With a built motor sporting internal engine upgrades totaling $35,000 from Lingenfelter, with things like a valve job, ported and polished intake manifold, and upgraded rotating assembly, that large motor is now capable of over 700 horsepower! Mated to that gnarly motor is a 6-speed manual transmission that sends power to a stout rear end, and exhaust gasses travel through after market headers and a Hennessey performance exhaust system that creates a demanding noise. Capable of .98 g of lateral grip, the chassis has been thoroughly engineered to handle track time, with power steering and power brakes being the only driving aids. With a car like this, you need sticky tires to keep the fun in check, and this Viper is equipped with Michelin Pilot Sports that measure 275/35/18 up front and 345/35/18 out back while massive Brembo caliper clamping down on cross drilled rotors bring things to a halt.
