289 V8, AUTO, A TOUCH OF GT, GREAT ENGINE BAY, SHARP DRIVER.

Take one classic early Mustang, in this case a 1966 coupe, add vivid red paint and a beautiful black interior, plus one 289 cubic inch V8, and you get the world's most beloved pony car. And despite their soaring popularity, Mustangs like this one remain extremely affordable ways to own A-list rides.

Red is the archetypal Mustang color, and on a coupe like this, nothing looks better. The red bright paint has a nice shine to it. It's a respectable build that you would be proud of at any classic car meet, but you can also be confident the doors and hood shut with ease and precision. This car is a very nice driver that will catch a lot of eyes while driving around town.

This Mustang keeps it clean inside, too, where a freshly restored black bucket seat interior remains almost entirely stock, just like the exterior. With an aftermarket center console, it's a handsome, sporting place and it's easy to see why the Mustang was so popular with millions of buyers in its first few years. The gauges look new and show crisp markings and clear lenses, while the original AM radio remains in the center of the dash. A familiar 3-spoke steering wheel with a wood rim connects the driver to the road. And ... Please ask for the full description.

Description

And open the deck lid to find a nicely finished trunk that includes a fresh reproduction trunk mat in the original plaid pattern with a full size spare tire.

Under the hood is a high-revving 289 cubic inch V8. Framed by a set of Monte Carlo bars to stiffen the front suspension, the snarky small block sounds awesome and moves the coupe with authority. Ford Blue paint looks great accented by the chrome air cleaner, chrome valve covers, and stainless hoses. It's an honest cruiser that begs to be driven and shown off. Putting the power to the asphalt is 215/70/14 rubber that is mounted to stylish magnum 500 wheels.

This lovely 1966 Mustang covers all the bases: fast, comfortable, stylish, and extremely entertaining. It's an affordable machine that will be just as fun and get just as much attention as cars twice our asking price. Call today!
