When most people imagine a vehicle capable of off-roading, most immediately think of a Jeep, first and foremost. This 1980 Jeep Laredo proves you can have fun times on the highway, and if you choose, even better times off the road. This beautiful, newly restored, CJ-7 Laredo will prove that a little ruggedness can be paired with some nice comfort.
The fresh paint was done with quality and matches what the original paint color would be. It's a beautiful navy with silver pin stripes, and Laredo decals set it of wonderfully. With the Laredo being an upgraded version of a regular CJ-7, there are noticeable advantages to the exterior such as the chrome grille, chrome mirrors, and chrome bumpers. They offer that bit of bling to the Jeep with their shine, and with how crisp they appear, you would never guess that this vehicle is over 30 years old. That's right... 1980 was 35 years ago. The removable top and doors make this the perfect vehicle for those looking to connect with the outdoors. Whether you are looking for the right vehicle to get you to the store, or one to get you through the woods, this CJ-7 is ready for whatever challenge you throw at it.

Description
While the exterior was built by Jeep with the ability for a wild ride off the beaten path in mind, the interior proves that ride doesn't have to be rough. The black comfortable vinyl seats appear new and have the appropriate trim color with the vertical stripes in white. The bucket seats are clean and begging for a new driver to get in behind the wheel. The door panels also appear new and match the seats, again in the appropriate trim colors. The floors have been nicely Rhino lined, making it easy to get out and enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about ruining carpets. All in all, this is one VERY clean Jeep that is begging for a little use to be thrown its way.
We know that this Laredo originally came with a 304 cubic inch V8 from AMC, and the engine under the hood fits that description. While its nearly impossible to say for sure that it is the original, we do know that it is at least a period correct engine according to the suffix code. That 304 appears to have a recent rebuild as well. Power feeds from the potent AMC block into a 4- speed manual while spent gases exit through the dual exhaust. With disc brakes in the front, you will have the stopping power you need, but at the same time with 33x12.5 All Terrain tires wrapped around 15" rims you will have the ability to go just about anywhere. And with the extra spare on the back, there should be no stopping you!
This 1980 CJ-7 Laredo is a beautiful restoration, inside and out. You won't be afraid to show this one off to everyone and start your adventure. With everything in a like new condition, it will be hard to find another CJ-7 in this great of condition. Jump on it now before it is gone! Call today!
