Here at Streetside Classics, we love tribute cars. And what's not to love? You get to cruise around town with classic styling, without feeling guilty about taking a very rare classic out on the open road. So, If you're going to build a tribute car, why not build the most iconic muscle car of all time: the Pontiac GTO. Take for example this 1972 Pontiac Le Mans GTO tribute.
Originally Quezal Gold, this now Burnt Orange tribute still has the look of the 70's without a color that screams disco era. Equipped with judge eyebrowdecals, this tribute will catch plenty of looks as you drive it to your local car cruise. The front and rear bumpers have been painted the same Burnt Orange as the body, allowing features like the wheels, GTO emblems, the hood and the decals to really stand out and help point to the muscle located under the hood. Fit and finish are good with doors that close very easily, indicative of a affordable classic that hasn't been beat.
Open the doors and you'll find plush, black vinyl bucket seats that flank a center console. The buckets sit behind a black dash with wood veneer details. What appear to be the original gauges rest in the dash and a three spoke steering wheel ... Please ask for the full description.

Fit and finish are good with doors that close very easily, indicative of a affordable classic that hasn't been beat.
Open the doors and you'll find plush, black vinyl bucket seats that flank a center console. The buckets sit behind a black dash with wood veneer details. What appear to be the original gauges rest in the dash and a three spoke steering wheel with the historic Pontiac logo is front and center to the driver's seat ready to go. The floor shifter for the automatic transmission sits between the driver and passenger. This car originally came with A/C, and with the AM/FM/Cassette player, you can cruise in comfort. This interior is clean, from the door panels, to the carpets, to the rear seats. The trunk has been lined and is clean and ready for your weekend trip. Needless to say, based on the exterior and the interior of this car, you will be riding in comfort while turning the heads of those around you.
Originally leaving the factory with a 350 V8, someone along the way upgraded to a period correct 400 cubic inch V8. The engine looks right at home in the clean black engine bay, you would never guess that it wasn't factory original. Chrome valve covers and a chrome air filter really dress up the overall look of the engine. Spent gasses travel through the dual exhausts that have been upgraded with flowmaster mufflers. Bolted to the period correct block is an automatic TH400 transmission that sends power to a 10 bolt rear. Stopping power is provided by power disc brakes in the front and power drum brakes in the rear. Helping to provide the great stance of the car are the 15" Cragar Wheels wrapped in 225/60 BF Goodrich radials.
We love the fact that this car is a sharp, clean, classic muscle car that will gather attention wherever it goes. This Le Mans GTO Tribute is a car you can be proud of at a great price, and is ready to take on the road. Call today!
