1965 was the final year before Buick introduced a redesigned Riviera. It was met with questionable changes. However, what this did was create a very desireable collector car. And there is no denying it, Buick '63-65 Rivieras are red hot right now, and it appears '65 is the year to have. And a Rivy, with great color, big horsepower, and incomparable luxury make this a great example of GM's best luxury/muscle machine.
This beautiful 1965 Buick Riviera has an amazing pure appearance with its Arctic White paint that is recently done. The 2 door hardtop is near-perfection without any crazy stripes or unnecessary chrome work. Everything is simple yet elegant. The chrome on the car is how it was to be originally and is in fantastic shape. There are nicely done details on the hood with chrome and crisp lines. Distinguishing this as a 1965 Riviera, the taillights are located in the rear bumper which has been shined up and gives the car a little glitter. The front grille shows a nice shine with the highly sought after working clamshell headlights. The stance of the car is strong and we just love that this represents just how a Riviera was back in '65, but also how it should remain.

The blue vinyl on the interior is the perfect complement to the pure white on the exterior. This original interior is just like the outside, untouched and exactly as it should be. The bucket seats in the front look nice and plush while the back seats look just as nice. Everything from the door panels to the carpets appears clean and ready for the next owner. When sitting behind the wheel you'll see wood veneer along the middle console and a wood grain steering wheel begs to be driven. What appears to be the original gauges sit in the dash waiting to tell you all you need to know about the car when on the road. With air conditioning and an AM/FM stereo you'll be all set for a weekend excursion. The trunk, lined in black, is clean and has a covered spare just in case you were to need it.
Under the hood you'll find what is believed to be the original numbers matching "Nailhead" 401 V8. The engine bay is clean and is ready to be displayed proudly at a local car show. The 401 sends spent gases out through the stock dual exhaust pipes for a breathtaking sound. Bolted to the block is a 3-speed automatic. Equipped with power brakes and power steering, this Buick is ready for plenty of cruising. The underside appears nice and clean. Completing the look of the Riviera are the 20" Riddler rims wrapped with 275/40 Ventis V12 Evo rubber.
This unspoiled 1965 Buick Riviera comes with the original bill of sale and warranty card, along with the owner's manual. Looking for a way to stand out at your local car show? This is easily your answer. This car will not last long as it is getting harder and harder to find unaltered Riviera's. Don't delay and call today!
