Being the tough guy never looked this good. This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS is amazing from every angle, which is a shame because most people will only see the taillights of this massive big block V8 coupe.

If cars were actors, there would be no doubt that this one could play a super villain in every movie. The immaculately shiny jet black paint is only broken up by a subtle matte black section over the monster power budge in the hood. This is all complemented by an aggressive red and silver pinstriping that even does a modern take on the classic Camaro SS stripe. Even the Rally Sport grille has been given an impressive update with the clean super straight lines look, like this freight train is ready to push everyone out of the way. But as intimidating as this one wants to be, it still can't help but shine with some great chrome and stainless on the bumpers, rockers panels, top of the doors, and the 18-inch American Racing Torq Thrust wheels.

This might be set up to be a pavement-eating Pro Street machine, but inside the attitude is more about being a cool original classic. This has all the great elements you want in a '68 Camaro, including the low back black vinyl bucket seats, center console, original AM radio, and three spoke sports steering wheel. There's even the iconic horseshoe shifter that will allow you to bang your way through the automatic gearbox when you feel like taking charge of your speed. Controlling your powerband is definitely an option thanks to the large Sunpro tachomoeter that has been added to the steering column. There are also new gauges for the oil, water, and battery, which is a clear indication that the motor is something worth watching.

When you pop the hood, don't get blinded by all of the chrome. Then again, it's impossible to miss the 468 cubic-inch big block V8. This is a specialty-built race motor so it's not just massive displacement, but also other goodies such as a performance air cleaner, Holley four-barrel carburetor, and performance headers. All of this feed the huge three-inch exhaust through Flowmaster mufflers – they will absolutely hear you coming! This is mated to a TH350 three-speed automatic and 10-bolt rear end, both of which are stout enough to handle the massive muscle coming from this motor. But power is nothing without control. That's why this Camaro has power steering and a serious upgrade to four-wheel disc brakes. The final piece to staying planted at all times is the full set of grippy Nitto NT555 low profile tires.
