This is the muscle car that refuses to be ignored. Bright orange paint, a 454 motor, four-speed manual, and a wicked exhaust means this 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS is one hot convertible that won't last long in our showroom.
This droptop is the perfect combination of vintage looks, mixed with some custom touches. Bright orange is an iconic Camaro color, but it actually wasn't available for '68. Instead during the thorough restoration an absolutely amazing shade of Sunset Pearl was applied to this convertible. It's better than anything to come out of the '60s, because not even Hugger Orange has this kind of sparkle. Added to this is a cool custom take on the SS stripe package. Plus, this wouldn't be a Super Sport without the cowl induction hood, ducktail spoiler, and iconic SS wheels. This one also offers proper SS badging, 396 emblems on the front fenders (a bit of an underestimate, but we'll get to that), and great chrome bumpers and trim. And the final touch is a lowered stance that makes this ragtop pretty hard to miss going down the street.
Open the door and see everything you love about a classic Camaro. No one offers a pristine white anymore like what's covering the seats and ... Please ask for the full description.

And the final touch is a lowered stance that makes this ragtop pretty hard to miss going down the street.
Open the door and see everything you love about a classic Camaro. No one offers a pristine white anymore like what's covering the seats and door panels. This a center console car, with a Hurst shifter, and the iconic quad auxiliary gauge setup. The center stack stays original with wood veneer framing the optional AM/FM radio, and heater/defrost controls for the Astro ventilation. But best of all, nestled in the deep dual-pod driver's gauges is the legendary tic-toc-tac.
The front fenders might advertise a 396 cubic-inch motor, but this one really is hiding a lot more power. Beneath all the attention-getting chrome is the substance of a 454 V8. This performance engineered engine makes an unbelievable roar out of the Flowmaster dual exhaust. A monster motor puts down monster power, so this is backed up with a Muncie M20 four-speed manual, and a 12-bolt rear end. But power is nothing without control, and that's why the suspension has been given upgrades, including tubular upper and lower control arms, new front subframe with Hotchkis components, and new leaf springs in the rear. But even with all these go-fast parts, this Camaro is a great top-down, all-day cruiser, thanks to power steering and front disc brakes.
We'll show you all the restoration photos so you can understand the investment it took to make this SS convertible so unique. It's fun, fast, and a joy to drive... Yup, this Camaro is the vintage muscle car of your dreams. Call today!!
