Starting with that awesome Candyapple Red paint job, this pony is easy to appreciate. It's definitely in-your-face bright, and you can definitely tell someone spent a ton of time and effort making it look this good. There was a brief thought of turning this smooth-running Mustang into a daily driver, but the quality of the work was just too nice to subject it to the rigors of the daily grind. But with that in mind, it was refinished using modern urethane paint in May of 2016, so it's fresh, fresh, fresh! As is typical with urethane paints, there's a bit of orange peel, and a professional cut and buff would really make it look spectacular and is probably worth the investment. The bodywork has been smoothed and shaved a bit to give it a sleeker more updated look, but it still wears appropriate 289 badges, and 3-element taillights that now live in a blacked-out tail panel.
