FRESH RESTO, 302 V8, C4 TRANS, A/C, 4 WHEEL PWR DISCS, GREAT COLORS/LOOK, NICE!!

This 1965 Ford Mustang 2+2 finds that perfect balance between a modern Eleanor, and a cool classic fastback. It's a fully restored car that has plenty of custom touches to make you love this one like the unique classic it is.

The customization of this Mustang is apparent from every angle. It starts up front with the GT-style fog light grille, and the front valance borrowed from the GT350 racers. But that's not the only Shelby touch. That hood scoop, and the dual stripes running the entire top of the car, make this fastback also look snake-bitten. There's other icons at work here, too. The fresh coat of a brilliant charcoal grey paint and the 17-inch Coys will get you plenty of “Hey Eleanor!” screams by Gone in 60 Seconds (2000) fans. But beneath all these great tributes to iconic pony cars lies the heart of one of the most desirable Mustangs. It always makes us happy to see good bodylines and paint like this on first-year 2+2 cars.

The custom atmosphere continues inside. A pristine black interior is always desirable in a classic, and this one really goes the extra mile. It's a bucket seat car with a desirable custom center console that features cup holders. While you'll enjoy ... Please ask for the full description.

While you'll enjoy the three-spoke sports steering wheel, and clear original gauges, your eyes will always be drawn to the dashboard. That's because of the cool custom paintwork with racing stripes that matches the exterior. This one even keeps your passengers happy with ice-cold air conditioning, running modern R-134a, and an original-style AM/FM stereo that also has an iPod hookup for more modern tunes.

A full restoration on a Mustang this cool would not be complete without an upgrade in the engine bay. This one is powered by an upgraded 302 cubic-inch V8 motor, which is larger than anything the factory gave the Mustang for 1965. The upgrades continue with the attention grabbing finned valve covers, Edelbrock performance air cleaner, and GT350-style support bar. What is a bit harder to spot are features like the Holley four-barrel carburetor, and the performance H-pipe fitting to the new Flowmaster dual exhaust system. But as much as this appears to be a pure performance machine, there are plenty of features that make this Mustang everyday friendly. It includes the C4 three-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel disc brakes by SSBC Performance.

This is a classic pony car that combines everything you love about the legendary fastback. Best of all, it's so fresh off a restoration that you have food in your refrigerator older than some of the work done on this coupe – we'll even show you the receipts and photos to prove it. Call today!!
