A red hot 1973 Pontiac Firebird with a full frame off restoration, four on the floor, and a performance rebuilt 400 V8 for less that $25K! We hope you fully read that sentence the first time, because this deal might not last lone enough for you to read this listing twice.
This is no ordinary burgundy that's grabbing all your attention. It's all the gold flake and clearcoat that makes it radiate light even when this coupe is indoors (just wait until you see how sharp it is in the sunshine!) It's obviously not a factory color because this level of luster wasn't achievable until many years later. In fact, this Firebird has benefited from over $40,000 invested in a full frame-off restoration that happened less than 250 miles ago. It's also when the custom stripe was added on the hood that looks so fantastic with the subtle painted flames splitting the big, bold shaker. But beyond modern paintwork, this one gets its vintage fundamentals right, with the urethane nose in great shape, a tight-fitting spoiler, bright stainless window surrounds, and the classic chrome bumper that fits the contours of the sculpted rear end. And no matter if you're a fan of vintage or modern, bright American ... Please ask for the full description.

Description
And no matter if you're a fan of vintage or modern, bright American Racing Torq Thrust wheels are a timeless attention-getter.
The interior was treated to a restoration around the same time as the exterior, and that's why it's just as bold and red as the outside. When you slip into the high-back cloth bucket seats, it has the kind of comfortable bolstering that lets you know there has not been much seat time in this one. You'll grab the iconic three-spoke Pontiac steering wheel with your left hand, but then you'll notice something very different behind it. The second generation Firebird has always had an attractive dash panel, but this new custom face, with a full set of AutoMeter gauges is a bold cut above. But beyond just style, it gives a much more complete picture of what's going on in the engine compartment. And that's not the only upgrade. Your right hand will be shuffling between playing modern tunes on the AM/FM/CD stereo system, and rowing through the Hurst performance shifter.
When it came time to restore this Firebird, it also got a serious engine upgrade. There's barely over 200 miles on this 400 cubic-inch V8 since its rebuilt, and it was even given added reliability with components like the MSD ignition. Of course what you'll really love about this car is lifting the hood and showing off the shaker, and all those chrome pieces like the alternator and Edelbrock valve covers. But as powerful as this one is, it really is out to impress (just one listen to the rumble of the dual exhaust and you'll know this 'Bird is not shy!) You've got a four-speed manual transmission to keep in control of the powerband. And speaking of control, the power steering, front disc brakes, and modern BF Goodrich G-Force Super Sport tires make for an excellent handling package on the curvy backroads.
There was big money spent of giving this Firebird a big personality with big power to back it up (and there are the restoration receipts to prove it.) But the amazing part is you don't have to spend big to take this one home. Call today!!
