EFI 4.8L VORTEC V8, 4L60E O.D. TRANS, A/C, HEIDTS FRONT SUB, NICE BOD/INT, FUN!

The best restomods are the ones that are so stealth, you almost don't notice the upgrades from the outside. In fact, can you tell that this 1941 Chevrolet Special sedan has a fuel-injected V8, four-speed auto transmission, and air conditioning? Yes, it's that cool.

This Chevy occupies that interesting space that lies in between a cruising classic coupe and all-out hot rod. It looks like the perfect pre-WWII gem, with its tall fenders and all that great chrome intact on places like the big grille, bumpers, fender accents, and sweeping lines that run the entire length of the body. It even has the rare rear wing windows. But, then you get a little closer. You start to see the realize that its wearing a shade of slick candy-apple red that's usually reserved for intimidating street rods. Someone invested plenty of time and money massaging and straightening this body to make sure that paint looked its best. Then you start to notice the more modern and wider rubber on the classic style wheels, and you might even spot the dual exhaust tips. Your senses kick in, and you realize that you are approaching what could be a quiet, sly, street machine.

Just like the exterior, the interior has ... Please ask for the full description.

Just like the exterior, the interior has all the right stock first impressions. The two-tone gray cloth that make up the seats, door panels, carpeting, and headliner could all be a '40s piece, but you know it could never have survived all those decades feeling this fresh. Then you notice the bold exterior red is used as an accent color on the dash and throughout the rest of the car. You slip behind the custom steering wheel and realize you are facing pristine original gauges. But then you see the modern AM/FM/CD stereo system tastefully placed in the dashboard. And you marvel at how the car's original knobs control the modern R-134a air conditioning. You start to realize how cool this restomod is, and that's before you turn the key.

Lift the hood, and you'll see something very unexpected. Small-block Chevys are a popular way to get power, but rarely do you see one as modern as this. Just the appearance of the 4.8-liter fuel-injected Vortec V8 under the hood is likely to win you some awards, especially for how neat and tidy the rest of the engine bay is. It's plenty powerful for you behind the wheel, and it makes a terrific sound out of the H-pipe dual exhaust. But there's much more to this custom Chevy. Take a look at the undercarriage. There you'll notice the Heidts independent front subframe, front disc brakes, and reinforced rear suspension. Combine this with a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission and highway-friendly 3.08 gears, and this showstopper is also the perfect all-day comfortable cross-country cruiser.

It's a true custom build that fits everything you could want. After all, this Chevy is a powerful and unique hot rod that can also move family and friends around in incognito air-conditioned comfort. What more could you ask for, especially at this price? Don't wait...call today!!
