GREAT LOOKING, BELIEVED ORIG 327 V8, TH350, A/C, PWR WIN, PWR FRNT DISCS, POSI!

Some Camaros are built to look mean, but this 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS is out to remind you that performance can also be classy. The perfect coordinating combination of colors inside and out is combined with a great small-block under the hood to be the smartest looking vintage muscle machine out there.

Granada Gold is a color from the '67 Camaro palette, and it was applied to this coupe for a very good reason (you'll understand more as you read on.) You might have noticed that this coupe truly looks like precious metal in this color, and that's because it was treated to a full professional respray of a much more modern paint than what came from the factory. So you'll love taking this golden coupe out into the sunlight. A correct Light Fawn vinyl top complements the gold paint quite nicely, and matches the D90 SS stripe around the nose so closely that only the most discerning Camaro fans will see the difference. The total coordinating impression only adds this coupe's sophisticated appearance. Nicely finished bumpers with guards, polished stainless rocker moldings, and proper SS emblems further enhance the upscale look. But it's also still a speedy machine at heart, too. That's why ...

That's why you have iconic Camaro features like the cowl induction hood, D80 rear spoiler, and of course, the Rally Sport's hidden headlights. These two worlds of elegance and performance unite in a finishing touch on the shiny Rally wheel package.

When you open the door, the color scheme on the exterior instantly makes perfect sense. The code-711 custom bucket seat interior repeats the same gold with white trim appearance that you see outside. It's a true uniform touch that makes this a standout classic that's memorable for everyone who sees it, especially car show judges. This coupe is also desirable due to its long list of factory options, including a center console, power windows, tilt steering column, and provisions for air conditioning. All of this suggests that someone truly wanted to create an elegant Camaro when choosing from the options sheet in '67. Everything still looks fantastic nearly a half-century later, and it remains quite stock throughout (a modern AM/FM/CD stereo cleverly hidden out of sight in the glove box.) Even the trunk is correctly detailed with a reproduction mat and a full-sized spare tire assembly.

The 327 cubic-inch V8 under the hood looks exceptionally honest, and it shows many signs, including the date codes, of being the original motor installed five decades ago. It's beautifully detailed from the proper decals on the air cleaner to Chevy Orange paint on the block. Good maintenance means this honest motor fires up on command. The addition of an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor and Flowmaster dual exhaust means this classy Camaro can inhale deeply and exhale with an intimidating authority. Still, it keeps its reliable composure with components like the TH350 three-speed automatic transmission that was rebuilt and has less than 20 miles on it. This connects to the 10-bolt Positraction rear end. Add in desirable driving features such as power steering, front disc brakes, and a new set of BF Goodrich T/A tires, and this coupe is turnkey ready to go cruising this weekend.

Elegance meets performance in this very nice first-year Camaro RS/SS. It even comes with the owner's manual and restoration receipts to show off when everyone is done looking at the cool coordinating colors. You understand that not many people restore Camaros for this level of sophistication, and so when this one is gone there might not be another like it. Call now!!
