Is there any color but black for something wearing the Harley-Davidson logo on its flanks? Big, brash, and bold, the H-D Ford delivers one of the best-looking trucks in decades but it doesn't over-do it. There's a deeper chin spoiler, some silver graphics, a custom grille, and, of course, the badges, but where the Lightning was pure extrovert, the H-D Ford is clean and elegant. This one, with just 42,706 original miles, has obviously never worked a real job and has instead been a favorite toy truck that was more about style than hauling stuff. That means the black finish still shines up beautifully, the body has never been hit or wrecked, and details like the crystal clear headlight still sparkle. Someone obviously loved this truck. There might be one or two nicks on the lower bumper, but the level of preservation on this truck is fairly remarkable. The bed is protected with a custom Harley-Davidson bedliner and it's set up with a hitch, so it's still willing to do truck things if you need it to.

The gorgeous black and gray leather interior is why these trucks are special. Far more luxurious than your garden-variety F150, the captain's chairs are adorned with more Harley-Davidson logos and the door panels, steering wheel, and even the center console are dressed up to match with matching gray inserts. Everything you can imagine was standard on the H-D Ford, including a powerful A/C system, power windows, locks, mirrors, and seats, cruise control, and a very comprehensive set of elegant old-school gauges that were obviously inspired by Harley-Davidson speedometers of the past. There's a powerful AM/FM/CD stereo system, a big console with plenty of storage and a badge indicating that this is truck number 00641. There are also twin buckets in back with their own console, making this strictly a 4-seater, but nobody's going to complain about the accommodations. Overhead, there's also the largest sunroof we've ever seen, and that makes this truck feel bright and airy inside.

The Harley-Davidson F150 is powered by a version of the supercharged 5.4 liter V8 that was used in the legendary Lightning pickup. With 380 horsepower and a towering 450 pounds of torque on tap, it's seriously powerful and surprisingly quick despite its near-6000 pound curb weight. This one remains quite stock, which is always a good thing on blown motors, and the way it runs and drives suggests that modifications are completely unnecessary anyway. The engine bay is a little dirty, but that could be erased in an afternoon with a good bath and some detailing. The 5-speed automatic transmission shifts cleanly and smoothly and even with that much torque on tap, it doesn't seem to mind. A heavy-duty rear end reminds us this sucker is still a truck, but 4-wheel disc brakes give it surprisingly powerful stopping power. The underside is quite sanitary and there's a bit of swagger from those giant 20-inch chrome wheels with brand new 275/40/20 Michelin radials.
