And everyone knows you have something special powering this hot rod the moment they hear the rumble of the glasspack-style dual exhaust. On the road, making sure you get the most out of the motor is the TH350 three-speed automatic transmission that was rebuilt around the same time as the car was completed. That feeds the stout Ford 9-inch rear end, and the rubber stays planted thanks to a four-link coilover rear suspension. Control is also well in hand thanks to front disc brakes and a modern BF Goodrich tread on those classic whitewall tires.
