ADVERTISE YOUR BUSINESS W/ A NICE PANEL TRUCK, 350CI CHEVY, TH350 TRANS, CLEAN!

Take a look through our recent inventory and you'll see that we had another bright red Chevy panel delivery in stock at about this price, and it lasted all of a week before it sold. This 1965 Chevrolet panel truck is even more unusual and represents a segment of the hobby that has always been strong; it's just that these trucks are now becoming wildly popular.

This bright red panel truck is quite a bit nicer than the last one, with a ton of time wrapped up in all those acres of sheetmetal that needed to be smoothed and sanded in preparation for paint. The truck's a neat combination of pickup truck front and bodywork that's vaguely reminiscent of a suburban, but Chevy made it attractive with plenty of body sculpting. Check out the unique shape of the roof where the cab meets the cargo bay, the wrap-around hood treatment, and the barn-style doors with deeply contoured faces that are stylish simply for style's sake. The bright red paint was expertly applied and while it shows some minor signs of use, it has a bright surface that shines up beautifully and looks like this truck should cost far more than it does. Nice chrome ion the front bumper and grille adds a bit of upscale sparkle, and a ... Please ask for the full description.

Nice chrome ion the front bumper and grille adds a bit of upscale sparkle, and a trio of sunroof panels were installed during the restoration to add a little light and air to the interior. Looks great, don't you think?

Tan bucket seats, a console, and plenty of creature comforts make this far more appealing to us today than the delivery drivers of 1965. Gone is the sticky vinyl bench, replaced with low-back seats wrapped in tan cloth and joined by a set of matching door panels. The dash was painted to match the bodywork and retains its original gauges, which are stashed behind a single sheet of Lucite for a very trick look, right from the factory. The late-model steering wheel and tilt column make it easy to get comfortable for long hauls, and there's a great-sounding AM/FM/CD stereo system that really fills the big cabin with sound. The cargo area is also fully finished, with beautiful wood floors and side panel upholstery that looks great without being overwhelming. Most of all, this truck is still practical.

Power comes from a 350 cubic inch Chevy V8, what else? Upgraded with the usual parts, including an Edelbrock intake and carburetor, it's a strong runner that'll travel cross-country without complaint and has a great V8 sound that's unexpected from a delivery truck. A big radiator, new power brake booster and master cylinder, and power steering add to the truck's user-friendly nature. A TH350 3-speed automatic transmission powers a 12-bolt rear end that hangs on coil springs and air shocks, so the ride is quite comfortable regardless of the load. The chassis isn't detailed and looks quite original, but it's also obvious that this truck has lived somewhere that salt on the roads is not a major issue, and it's got a lot of time left to cruise. Shiny Centerline wheels give it a sporty demeanor and carry fat 295/50/15 tires that totally fill the big wheel wells.

So the last bright red Chevy panel truck we had was here about a week. How long will this one last? About as long as it takes you to pick up the phone and give us a call!
