Covering the straight and flat panels on this Camaro is a beautiful sierra fawn green metallic finish. The paint looks excellent and definitely presents to be show quality. This is a true Rally Sport package car, so the RS hideaway headlights, marker lights, and badging are all present. And don't those hideaway headlights upfront make for an awesome look! Inside is a beautiful black vinyl interior that shows just as well as the outside of the car. Greeting the driver and passenger are low back buckets seats covered in glossy, pleated vinyl. The rear bench seat is covered in the same glossy vinyl and is a comfortable place for rear passengers. In between the front bucket seats is a center console that houses a small storage compartment, the automatic shifter and 3 auxiliary gauges. Topping that console is the crack free dash that hosts all of the factory instrumentation, an AM/FM radio with 3.5mm audio jack compatibility, and switches for the correct and cold air conditioning option, heat and defrost. The door panels have an original elegant design that carries comfortable elbow pads, and switches for the power windows!
Under the hood is a stout 350 cubic inch small block V8 that was also rebuilt approximately a year and a half ago. Dressed up with a chrome air cleaner and chrome Edelbrock valve covers, this storied engine looks great in the clean engine bay. In fact, that engine bay looks showroom fresh. Sending power to the 12 bolt posi-traction rear end is a 3-speed automatic transmission. Underneath, everything looks clean with new floor pans as part of the restoration. Assisting in making this car fun to drive is power steering and power brakes upgraded with discs up front. The rest of the drive train remains stock, and staggered 225/60/R15 front and 255/60/R15 rear BF Goodrich Radial T/As wrapping cool chrome rally wheels put the power to the road.
Whether you're looking for a car to show off at the local shows or on Main Street, this 1967 Camaro RS will turn many heads. With a showroom fresh appearance, we doubt it will last long in our showroom. Call today!
