This ultra-clean 1939 Ford Coupe is one heck of a rod for the price. Built with all the goodies you'd expect from a piece costing twice as much, and rendered in a bright yellow tone, it's a head-turner that's ready to cruise and show!

'39 Fords are very popular cars for a hot rod build, and what better way to enjoy one than in a flashy color that's going to grab attention? The fiberglass panels on this Ford are covered in a glowing yellow base coat that is topped by a glossy clear. It's all been professionally applied to a finished product that shows well defined reflections. Panel fitment is good and the doors shut with a reassuring thud. There's obviously been a lot of enhancements with a custom grill, shaved bumpers at the front and rear, body matched door handles and mirrors, blue dot tail lights, and custom front fender vents.

That yellow may be a fun color to show off on the outside, but a subtle gray interior adorns the interior with custom stitched upholstery. Bucket seats, with a power driver's side, accommodate the front passengers, and rearward is a bit of storage space with matching stitched panels to mirror the front seats. The stitched theme continues onto the door panels ... Please ask for the full description.

The stitched theme continues onto the door panels that feature billet handles with switches for the power windows. A simplistic dash has been painted in a smooth gray coat and houses five gauges that measure speed, fuel level, oil pressure, volts, and water temperature. Mounted in the center of the dash is an aftermarket AM/FM/cassette player with controls for the Vintage Air air conditioning unit below. The driver takes control with a leather-wrapped Lecarra steering wheel that is mounted atop a tilting column.

Lift the bright yellow hood to a show-worthy engine bay that features a 350 cubic inch V8. Topped by a B&M dual filter air cleaner, that low profile air cleaner sends air to a Holley carburetor and through and Edelbrock Performer intake manifold. A large Delco Remy distributer sends spark through 8 mm plug wires, while all of the fuel and coolant is pumped through stainless braided hoses. Mated to a 3-speed TH350 automatic transmission, the small block sends exhaust gasses through a dual exhaust system that is fitted with SuperTrapp mufflers. With rack and pinion steering, with discs up front, and coilover shocks up front, this rod is a pleasure to drive and uses staggered 185/75/14 front and 225/75/15 rear radials to put the power to the pavement.

When you get down to it, this is the perfect rod to accompany you to a local show or a nationwide tour. It's got the right hardware to make it a joy to drive and a pleasure to show off. Call today!
