Synergy Green Metallic is one of the best standout colors ever offered on the Camaro, and it's so bold that some believe it's a custom color. The good news is this factory shade wasn't nearly as popular as the more everyday black or red, which also will help with adding value over the years. But honestly, this color is more about announcing the car's aggressive attitude. It draws attention to the power bulge in the hood, and perfectly complements the dark trim. In fact, even the Forgeline FSP3 alloy wheels have been custom powder coated to match this dual tone style.

Step inside and this coupe has the same aggressive attitude stitched into the interior, literally. The premium upholstery on this Camaro SS means the great green paint wraps around the doors and runs across the dashboard. This higher packaging also came with black leather seats that offer the kind of support and comfort that only a modern bucket can. This is a retro car, so that means blending old and new styles together. The three-spoke steering wheel feels fat and grippy in your hands and offers an unobstructed view of the deeply recessed gauges that are a modern take on the round dials in an early Camaro. Auxiliary gauges are down low on the console where they belong, just ahead of the Hurst manual shifter. However, modern touches include the digital vent and radio controls. Plus, this one is loaded with air conditioning, sunroof, keyless entry, power windows, Bluetooth, power seats, power locks, cruise control, tilt wheel, and a kicking AM/FM/XM/CD/iPod stereo. We've mentioned this a little already, and you've probably noticed the Mallett logo just below the rear spoiler, so now its time to go through the details of the monster motor. Under the hood lives the original fuel-injected V8, but 3,000 miles ago it was given to racing ace Chuck Mallett's shop for a serious $93,25 upgrade. Now the motor has been bored and stroked to go from 6.2-liters to 7.1 – this one now lives in the territory that the big block cars did back in the day. But the performance upgrades don't stop there. It has a Magnuson supercharger running 16 lbs of boost, a 9.0:1 compression ratio, and a rumbling Kooks three-inch exhaust with high-flow cats. This powerplant can now be the top dog at any dyno putting down numbers beyond 750 hp at the wheels (Hellcat, who?!) Of course that kind of power means there needs to be some serious upgrades to keep the rest of the drivetrain bulletproof. The six-speed manual transmission is from the more powerful ZL1; the driveshaft and rear end have been beefed up to accept up to 1400 hp; and the suspension is a Hotchkis Stage 3 race pack including a Bilstein PSS10 Coil Over shock system. Just to make sure all of this power can be corralled on the streets, there is a four wheel Brembo disc brake package attached to sticky Cooper Zeon tires.
