454CI V8, TH400 3SPD AUTO, PWR STEER/BRAKE, RUNS/DRIVES WELL, CLEAN IN/OUT, NICE

This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro has a rare/bold color, upgraded suspension, and a cool houndstooth interior. And while this was done to have plenty of Z/28 style, it actually has serious big block power under the hood.

Daytona Yellow was only offered on the first-gen Camaro in 1969. So the person upgrading this coupe had an eye for both boldness and history. It's a driver-quality presentation, and what that means is a vibrant finish that will get you respect at the stoplights without making you too nervous to enjoy it in-between those stoplights. As you dig deeper into this coupe, you will really see that it was made for driving fun. This has the mean look of a Z-car with the correct badging, cowl hood, deep chin spoiler, blackout grille, and full-width rear spoiler. While a Z/28 is supposed to wear the larger 15-inch Rally wheels like these, the extra meaty rear set is a reminder that this is an upgraded power machine.

The black interior has a clean look that's quite stylish against the yellow exterior. Plus, there's a very cool sense of premium style with the deluxe door panels and plenty of wood-like trim. The houndstooth cloth inserts in the seats are icons all on their own, and they ... Please ask for the full description.

The houndstooth cloth inserts in the seats are icons all on their own, and they are clean and complete right down to the button tops on the seatbacks. But the best upgrades are all about having a proper driver's machine. This includes a large tach, auxiliary gauges under the dash, and a special Momo Gritti steering wheel.

The callout on the hood didn't lie, and so the engine bay is filled with big block power. The 454 cubic-inch V8 is larger than what the racing rules allowed in the Z/28. It's even believed to be a solid lifter setup. And that's just the base for a motor that's upgraded with a Demon four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, and Hooker headers feeding the H-pipe dual exhaust. It makes for a strong powerhouse, and the way it eagerly fires up shows it's ready for as much fun as you are. TH400 three-speed automatic transmission is a stout unit that's made to handle a big power car like this, and it feeds a strong 12-bolt rear end. This is said to have 4.11 gears, and you have traction bars, subframe connectors, and a rear sway bar. It makes for quick and confident take-offs...but that's not the whole story. This has provisions for a Gear Vendors overdrive system. That means you can have the right gearing for cruising. Plus, there's power steering, power brakes, and front discs for a solid all-around driving package.

This Camaro has all the features you love and the power that makes you want to drive. So it's an irresistible upgraded icon that you need to take home. Call now!
