This 1986 Chevrolet El Camino has the ultra-desirable Choo-Choo Customs treatment to make it sleeker and sportier. Plus, it's tuned up a notch with the right custom details and a crate 350 V8. And as you look over the full package it reveals a loaded classic that has a terrific driver-ready attitude.
We are really starting to appreciate the El Camino done by Choo-Choo Customs. They took the style established by the Monte Carlo SS, and gave the El Camino the same NASCAR-inspired aerodynamic front end. It was a GM-authorized customization, and so you get the quality fit of stock. But with fewer than 5,000 produced over a five-year period, it has a rarity you don't find in many production cars or trucks. And this example goes for a true individual spirit. There was a respray later in life that eliminated much of the decal trim, which really seems to give this a sleeker appearance. Polished alloys, tinted glass, and bed rails are more upgrades that give this distinction. Plus, the sporty side kit with faux side exhaust pipes is an especially nice touch. But what also makes this quite nice is that nothing ever gets too fancy to keep this from being a real driver. You even have tie-downs ... Please ask for the full description.

Description
You even have tie-downs in the useful bed and a proper trailer hitch to make this quite a versatile classic.
A stock El Camino interior like this one is a great place to spend some time. After all, the sedan origins of this pickup are especially felt in this premium and comfortable interior. You have the choice of seating three people across the split bench, or just fold down the armrest for individual comfort. The blue cloth on the seat matches the door panels, carpeting, and dash for a true uniform factory appearance. These were premium vehicles on the Chevy lot, and so this is loaded with features like power windows, tilt wheel, electric rear defogger, cruise control, and the original AM/FM/cassette stereo. You can also choose to restore features like the power locks and factory air conditioning. You'll slip behind the original El Camino wheel and enjoy the original full set of round gauges, including a working tach. It makes for a true classic feeling that's truly comfortable.
Under the hood is a nice addition. This generation of El Camino topped out at the 305 cubic-inch V8. That's a fine motor, but it's always nicer to see an upgraded to a 350 cubic-inch crate V8. Not only is this fresher and larger, but you have desirable components like a four-barrel carburetor, HEI distributor, and a true dual exhaust. It's a nice cruiser with a car-like ride, and so it's also great to have easy driving features like a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, and front discs.
The sale comes complete with nice paperwork like the factory buildsheet, warranty card, owner's manual, and maintenance records. This is the rare Choo-Choo El Camino with added distinction and quite a nice price. Call today!!!
