SHARP CHEVY II, 350 V8, 4-SPEED MANUAL TRANS, DUAL EXHAUST, VERY CLEAN IN/OUT!!

This 1965 Chevrolet Chevy II has that clean/classic stock look that instantly transports you to another time. But with a strong V8 and four-on-the-floor, this one also reminds you that these were the best sleepers of the era.

These first-gen Chevy IIs have some great-looking lines. Over half a century later, we really get to appreciate the front end with a hint of overhang, full-length sheetmetal crease, and the well-done flare on the rear fenders. Wraparound chrome bumpers, a bright grill, and some nice trim are all part of a classic stock look, too. The red paint has a good clearcoat shine, but nothing too extreme to give away the sleeper nature. The same goes for the stock wheels with dog dish hubcaps. So few people will probably pick up on the extra wide tires in the rear.

The interior shows more of the cool/classic economy car feeling. Durable rubber flooring, simple door panels, and a grippy dual-spoke steering wheel prove that any investments were all about keeping a true Chevy II style. The seats look terrific as with go with the rest of the red interior. At the same time, the textured cloth inserts are a reminder that being budget-friendly Chevy didn't mean they skipped ... The seats look terrific as with go with the rest of the red interior. At the same time, the textured cloth inserts are a reminder that being budget-friendly Chevy didn't mean they skipped out on panache. Just like the exterior, the interior could really pass for a cool time capsule two-door sedan... at least until you spot the auxiliary gauges and Hurst floor shifter.

The glossy black inner walls and ribbed valve covers signal that it's much harder to hide this car's true nature once you pop the hood. After all, only the best first-gen Chevy II Novas got small block power, and this 350 cubic-inch unit is larger than anything made available to even them. And the upgrades don't stop there. You have go-fast goodies like an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Offenhauser intake, MSD ignition, and a custom set of headers. The motor fires up with that unmistakable wallop of extra power inside the V8, and the H-pipe dual exhaust has a sweet tune. Best of all, the Muncie four-speed manual transmission firmly puts you in the center of the action.

If you love a good sleeper car, you know how great this Chevy II is. Don't miss out on a true vintage piece of American blacktop fun. Call today!!!
