STEEL D-SERIES MOPAR PICKUP, 318 V8, AUTO TRANS, DUAL EXHUAST, CUSTOM TOUCHES!!

This is a lot of distinction for a very affordable price. After all, the vintage truck market is heating up with the mainstream Chevys and Fords, but when was the last time you saw a 1957 Dodge D100 pickup? With the right custom touches and a healthy Mopar V8, you'll start to see they made nice investments while leaving all the right vintage details.

1957 was the first year for the D-series trucks, so over 60 years later, these are worth it for the rarity alone. But that's not what really attracted you. These pickups were the perfect place to add custom work. After all, they came straight from the factory with a blocky front end and headlights that looked frenched. So it just seems right to upgrade the style with features like deleted bumpers, side step rails, and bright dual exhaust tips. Plus, those 15-inch Vision wheels do a great job of drawing attention to the sporty stance. And we won't even try to pretend the maroon paint you see today was available from the factory in '57. It gives this a smooth style to show off the classic curves in the sheetmetal. But the overall finish is nothing too fancy. That wouldn't be right for a truck line that once touted its “job rated” ... Please ask for the full description.

That wouldn't be right for a truck line that once touted its "job rated" credentials. The same feeling goes for the real wood in the bed. It's glossy and attractive, but with the right look where this one still isn't afraid to hit the road and get to work.

The interior continues the maroon, and it has some nice details. For example, the re-covered bench seat really ties this color combo together with a clean and custom style. The dash has a classic style, right down to the gauges on display. But you've also got a B&M floor shifter, sports steering wheel, and well-placed auxiliary readouts to give this an upgrade in its driver-ready attitude.

It's always great to see a classic Mopar get a V8 upgrade while still keeping it in the Mopar family. This 318 cubic-inch motor wasn't available when this truck came down the line, and so the bold red block w/shining valve covers is a great addition to show off. It's a hardy motor that runs well, and the header-fed dual exhaust gives it an upgrade in attitude. This one still has that classic pickup style that wants you to feel the road, but it also gives you better driving features, like a three-speed automatic transmission and wide modern tires.

This is the first of the D-Series, and it's a real classic cruiser. So at a price like this, you know you need to hurry to grab this Dodge. Call today!!!
