This 1967 Shelby Cobra replica has all the best pieces, like a fully independent suspension, four-wheel disc brakes, side pipes, a well-built 351 V8 under the hood, and a five-speed to control it all. And all this power is wrapped in one of the most iconic paint themes around. So this is a speed machine designed to get noticed.
People are always on the lookout for a Contemporary Classics build like this because they know it means quality. Plus, you can tell there was added care here with everything from the protective film on the rear fenders to genuine knock-off hubs on the Halibrand-style wheels. Guardsman Blue is an iconic Shelby cobra color, and when it's on a low mileage built like this, there's also a vibrant style. We love the gloss that gives off memorable shine along the curvy body, and it only shows signs of moderate use. So it's a good-looking car that doesn't take away from the race-ready attitude. This one embraces its extra boldness with the dual racing stripes painted on top for a permanent competition-worthy attitude. And there's plenty more attractive performance style with the hood scoop, bright push bumpers, driver's roll hoop, and pipes add to the intimidation ... Please ask for the full description.

And there's plenty more attractive performance style with the hood scoop, bright push bumpers, driver's roll hoop, and pipes add to the intimidation factor with both their appearance and growl.
The interior is done in black. Everything from the carpeting to the dash has a look of quality. It's more thoughtfully furnished than others, including full door panels, side wind wings, and sun visors. Even the seats are done well with low-back buckets finished in leather and have proper racing harnesses. The dash is dominated by crisp VDO gauges, including a large tach and speedo. And the wood-rimmed steering wheel and crisp action of the shifter happily keep your hands occupied.
Under the hood is proper blue oval power with a tidy setup and worthwhile polished components, like the Ford Racing valve covers and air grabber sitting in a box to seal to the fresh air hood scoop. This 351 cubic-inch V8 is a full performance build that's fortified and enhanced with 9.0:1 JE pistons, hydraulic roller lifters, Comp Cams camshaft, Edelbrock aluminum heads, an Edelbrock intake, and topped with a Quick fuel four-barrel carburetor. It's supported by the right components, like an aluminum radiator, electric fan, and MSD ignition. Plus, the Ceramic coated headers add even more power as they contribute to the rumbling side pipes. The mighty V8 is mated to a Tremec five-speed manual transmission on its way to a 3.73 limited-slip rear end for ideal control. As you look at the photos of the clean undercarriage, you'll spot some great suspension features, like tubular front A-arms, a fortified independent rear suspension, and adjustable coilovers all around. Add in four-wheel disc brakes and wide BF Goodrich T/As, and you have a well-done high-performance package.
The sale comes complete with build receipts, a car cover, and a racing tonneau. This is the iconic-looking Cobra with iconic colors, sharp handling, and plenty of V8 power. So don't let this deal slip away. Call today!!!
