Power comes from a big block 454 that has been bored and stroked to 496 cubic inches with an hydraulic Thumper cam, roller rockers, oval-port heads, headers, Eldebrock aluminum intake manifold, FiTech electronic fuel injection system and an aluminum radiator with dual fans to keep things cool. All these top-of-the-line features add up to this 1968 Camaro producing an awesome estimated 500 horsepower. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a 4L60E automatic transmission with a 2800 rpm stall converter and a 12-bolt, 3.23 posi-traction rear end. Stopping power is aided by front power disc brakes.
