Finished from the factory in Sunset Orange Metallic, this rare 2001 Pontiac Formula SLP Firehawk has been carefully driven less than 65,000 since new. The color of this Firehawk in not only beautiful, but rare. It is one of only five Firehawk Formulas produced in this color for the 2001 model year, and one of just four T-top cars according to Firehawk.org. This is the only one with 6-speed and T-top combination in this color.

The cabin features Firehawk branded seats upholstered in dark gray cloth with matching door panel inserts and carpets. Equipment includes power-adjustment for the driver's seat, cruise control, air conditioning, a Hurst shifter, electric windows and locks, and a Monsoon CD stereo system.

The 5.7-liter LS1 V8 was tuned new by SLP Engineering to produce 335 horsepower and 345 lb-ft of torque when new. Additional modifications performed by SLP Engineering include an intake manifold shared with the contemporary Z06 Corvette, a high-capacity radiator, and a stainless-steel exhaust system. Upgrades on this car include TSP headers, PST driveshaft, Midwest Chassis Fab 9 rear end with 3.90 gears, 35 spline axles and S track Posi. The 6-speed transmission has received an all-new clutch hydraulic system, a Monster clutch, flywheel and pressure plate. Recent brake work includes braided brake lines, rotors and pads. The factory polished 17-inch five-spoke wheels wrapped with Nitto performance tires look fantastic on this Firehawk.
