There are plenty of Mopars that like to wow you with their outrageous presentation, but this 1971 Plymouth Satellite Sebring Plus goes in a different direction. Quite period-correct, including its numbers-matching V8, this one is the right mix of classic style and cruiser-ready investments.
There's a lot of documentation on this car, and in fact, we even have paperwork showing that it was first sold new in the Atlanta area. So this one feels like a coupe that's been a true local, and the factory-correct Evening Blue Poly sets the right tone for a car that's a true classic. It's the product of an older application, and it has a fade that we think is kind of cool. So while you may just see the clean lines of the car as a great base for a respray, it's already fun having a car that people will assume is a barn find kind of survivor. This was built right before the bumper laws dictated style, and so you have some of the most impressive ones ever put on a car. Up front, the chrome king surrounds the grille and frames the headlights, and in the rear, it's expertly integrated into the design on the sheet metal and taillights. The Sebring Plus was the true top of the style and price ladder ... Please ask for the full description.

Description
The Sebring Plus was the true top of the style and price ladder (even more expensive than a Road Runner.) So it has a terrific vintage upscale look with the half vinyl roof. But the flared wheel arches and hardtop profile also can't help but look like a muscle car. Especially paired with Mopar Rallye wheels and the dual exhaust.
The interior continues the premium style with a sporty twist. After all, the black vinyl roof is a preview of the black vinyl interior. And this has desirable features like high-back bucket seats. There are even cool details like the working dome light, plenty of smooth wood-like trim, and stock AM/FM radio still cranking out tunes. This was even a factory A/C car, but it will need many of the components sourced before blowing cold again. It's comfortable, nice, and the kind of overall appeal for those who prefer originality... after all that's why you're classic car shopping, right?
Under the hood is the numbers-matching 383 cubic-inch V8. This big block looks good with the classic Mopar blue block. And this even has some extra pep in its step thanks to an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor and an Edelbrock intake. In fact, a long history file shows plenty of investments to keep this an all-around solid driver. You can spot it easily in places like the newer dual exhaust and front suspension components. Plus, with wide cruising tires and the number-matching three-speed automatic transmission, this one is a nice driver with a proper classic feel.
The sale comes complete with plenty of paperwork, including the factory buildsheet, original window sticker, warranty card, owner's manual, title documentation, maintenance records, and build receipts. When something this vintage and this appealing is also so nicely priced, you know you need to hurry to grab this deal. Call today!!!
