This 2000 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 SS is a low-mileage T-top modern classic with a six-speed. But the real appeal of this one are all the investments in the interior, suspension, exhaust, and fuel-injected V8 to make sure driving is a fully upgraded experience.
The Z/28 upgraded by SLP into a Super Sport is a terrific way to get a factory-backed custom. And so it only seems fitting for the base to take the performance up a few more notches. But while we'll get to the big upgrade in a moment, we also like the level of stock style that remains on this car. After all, SS already has a pretty desirable appearance with the 17-inch alloys and special rear spoiler. The silver paint is the original factory application, and it has a bright glow of well-kept quality. That's what you get on a coupe that has barely averaged over 2k miles annually. So it makes for the perfect contrast to all the sporty dark elements. It's a well-coordinated performance appearance with the black accenting showing off the SLP hood scoop, upgraded grille, and tinted windows.
Because the dark accents look so good against the exterior, you're going to love the ebony interior. This is loaded with the best features like ... Please ask for the full description.

This is loaded with the best features like power windows, keyless entry/alarm, dual airbags, ABS, cruise control, a cup holder center console, and good-looking leather upholstery. Plus, the R134a air conditioning continues to be ice-cold so you can enjoy this with the T-tops out even in the summer. The radio is a Pioneer Premier AM/FM/CD unit that connects to a full amplified stereo speaker system. It all makes for a nice driver's setup. Especially because you also have a power driver's seat, tilt steering column, and full gauges to get comfortable. And the upgraded shifter and large dash-mounted tach w/shift light let you know this one was really made for driving.
The 5.7-liter LS1 fuel-injected V8 under the hood was originally rated at 320 horsepower, thanks to some re-working by the masters at SLP. This already brought the car near the Corvette's territory (some say it was understated just to keep the 'Vette on top.) But this special one takes it even further with a mild cam and header-fed exhaust. This you have full control over this enhanced powerhouse thanks to the six-speed manual transmission. In fact, control is a central theme to this Camaro. It has some nice BMR suspension upgrades like the rear control arms, rear sway bar, and center brace. Power steering, four-wheel power disc brakes, and modern ZR-rated tires make for an all-around solid driver.
Complete with owner's manual, this is a well-cared-for and upgraded coupe. Even the major fluids were recently changed. So now is the time to act because you're not the only one who recognizes how attractive this unique Camaro SS is. Call now!
