For 1969 the Caprice was entering the last years of the first generation design. To freshen the body up a little bit Chevrolet reshaped the fender bulge around each wheel well. The body is remarkably free of rust, with body panels and gaps that have aged nicely and still look good today. The chrome and stainless steel moldings remain in good condition, which further adds to this car's desirability.
