201 INLINE-4, 3SPD TRANS, CLEAN & SOLID IN/OUT, RUNS & DRIVES WELL, SHARP RIDE!!

The 1930 Ford Model A pickup was popular because it combined the comfort of Ford's main sedan with truck usability. Today, that diverse spirit lives in this award-winning restored example that combines stunning vintage details with continued usability, making it easy to enjoy at any vintage car show, truck show, or even parade.

The green paint looks great with the black fenders. It's a collective glossy darkness that lets the sunlight show the subtle difference between the fenders, body, grille, and all the different places this two-tone is intertwined. You'll even love the details, like the texture of the vinyl top and how the bed floor is painted finely enough that you still see the wood's grain. Even the wood wheels have the correct/classic Firestone tires. An exceptional level of attention is paid to keeping this one vintage and correct. The consignor believes that most of the main items, including the powertrain, are original and that the odometer is accurate. The consignor believes that most of the main items, including the powertrain, are original and that the odometer is accurate. So you can understand how this one has won awards everywhere, from an AACA event to winning its class at the Hilton Head Concours d'Elegance. This pickup has been receiving accolades for about the last 20 years. It takes some added care and investment to keep any vehicle at a concours level, but from day one, this knows how to be a true vintage stunner.

Step inside, and it feels like a time machine going back 90+ years. All the major components feel clean and nice, including the seat cover, tall three-speed shifter, door panels, and smooth painted dash. And we especially like how the bright finish of the gauge panel catches your eye. There are even light hints of use in details like the floor and steering wheel - just enough to still look like a proper classic cruiser. These trucks were slightly more expensive than the roadster pickups, which meant proper weather sealing. Still, ventilation is a breeze with roll-down windows and a pop-out windshield. So it's still easy to get comfortable on your favorite country drive.

The engine bay got the same attention during the restoration as the rest of the truck, so it's clean and detail-oriented. All Model As, even the trucks, got the same torque-filled 201 cubic inch four-cylinder engine. This means maintenance and components are easier than you would think on a 90+-year-old pickup. It fires up nicely with that great robust Ford feeling and has the exhaust note to match. There are some nice upgrades for a better drive, like the alternator, but the driving experience is far from modern... and that's exactly why you love a good Model A like this.

These Model A pickups were built so robustly that a well-presented one like this could still go to work today. But this award-winning Ford deserves the good life of a long Sunday drive. Call now!
