Richard Childress Racing (RCR) is just as much a keeper of the Dale Earnhardt legacy as Dale Jr (that's why they both signed the dash.) That's why this special Camaro looks so right with a tribute to The Intimidator. The color theme is a sleek factory back with silver accents and red perimeter striping. So it doesn't need a big #3 on the door or all those classic sponsor decals to already let you know this one is doing it for Dale. And more than an awesome race car color package, this one earns its intimidation with a prominent chin spoiler, blacked-out grille, NASCAR-inspired rear spoiler, blacked-out tail lights, and a custom sculpted style hood. Under the hood lives the 6.2-liter fuel-injected LS3 V8 now topped RCR aluminum heads and an awesome polished supercharger on top. It inhales deeper with a Roto-Fab cold air intake system. And the mighty V8 exhales with authority as headers feed the special free-flow catalytic converters into the dual exhaust and Billy Boat mufflers. The full package is said to make a whopping 720 horsepower! So they upgraded the six-speed manual transmission with a Hurst short throw shifter, twin disc high-performance clutch, and a billet steel flywheel. They have also upgraded the fully independent suspension, including thick PFADT sway bars. And stopping power is upgraded with special RCR four-wheel power disc brakes by Wilwood.
