POWER TOP, 302 V8, AUTO, COLD UPDATED A/C, PS, PB, MARTI REPORT, GREAT CRUISER!!

It's hard not to take notice of a 1969 Ford Mustang convertible especially when it's in a great color for its period and has a 302 V8 under the hood. But what turns this desire into action is when you look a little deeper and see that this has just the right upgrades like the Boss stripes and A/C to be an all-around great driving classic.

This design is arguably the pinnacle of the first-generation Mustang. You can see the lines that made us all fall in love with the original pony car, and 1969 is when the long hood and short deck look was maximized. But the reason why you're attracted to this ragtop in particular is because it combines some of the best performance design cues from the era. The hood scoop and the Boss 302 inspired stripe package add some nice distinction. The factory-correct Meadowlark Yellow provides the perfect backdrop to really bring out the new aggressive custom touches on this coupe. And this more recent application of the color gives it a great modern clearcoat depth in the sunlight. But if it's shine you're interested in, then nothing beats the chrome bumpers or iconic Mag wheels.

Ford really excelled with this interior, combining a racy feel with grand touring comfort in a way that has defied the decades. It's a feeling that's amplified even further by the right upgrades. Handsome high-back vinyl bucket seats not only look cool, but they also are firm and supportive for long drives. A custom center console furthers this comfortable attitude with an armrest and cup holders. The dark interior has some nice chrome touches with the half moon chrome ring in the factory-correct wheel and the floor-mounted gearshift. The dual cowl dashboard combined with the deeply sloped center section gives the driver a real sporting feel. This area houses the upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo w/auxiliary input, and there's also controls for the ice-cold air conditioning that's running modern R134a. So yes, this is the ultimate sunny day cruiser, but in everyone's life a little rain must fall. That's why the black convertible top goes up with the touch or a button.

It's great to have an iconic Ford 302 V8 under the hood, but the condition of this one will make you proud to show it off, too. The blue block, valve covers, and air cleaner give this one a fantastically original presence. Plus, good maintenance means a tidy presentation of the belts, wire, and hoses. The V8 fires right up, and has an extra kick of power from the Edelbrock Performer intake. On the road you'll love taking this to car shows and cruise-ins thanks to easy driving features such as the three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and front disc brakes.

Complete with all the right documentation, including the Marti Report, restoration receipts, and restoration photos, this drop top is ready to show off. A turnkey ready classic with A/C is the perfect anytime companion. Call today!!!
