This 1983 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 has an awesome level of preservation inside and out on a car that has only averaged about 750 miles annually. But more than just a time capsule of an early 3rd gen Camaro, you also get a loaded T-top example that has V8 power and a five-speed!
We not only love this Camaro for the way it represents bow tie history, but also for its style. The white paint is mostly the original factory application, and it has the bright gloss to make you want to take this T-top coupe out into the sunshine. Plus, as a means Z-car, the sporty factory pieces stand out nicely as they tastefully contrast the paint. The black hood trim and headlight buckets put a bold face forward. The tri-tone stripes that encircle the car match the fade on the Z28 badging and provide a nice transition to the gray factory body kit. And with nice details like the integrated rear spoiler and special 15-inch factory alloys, the whole car looks stock, clean, and impressive.
The Light Sand interior has a premium look against the bright white exterior, and that feels right on a car that has been so well preserved for all these decades. And the low mileage means the comfy velour seats look just ... Please ask for the full description.

The Light Sand interior has a premium look against the bright white exterior, and that feels right on a car that has been so well preserved for all these decades. And the low mileage means the comfy velour seats look just like they did when this car was picked up at the Chevy dealer nearly 40 years ago. So while the condition tells you no one left this one with the T-tops out for very long, we bet one of your favorite things to do at the car show will be keeping this one open so everyone gets a look inside. And because this is so well preserved, you even get details like the factory glass top storage bags. This ultra-clean space is also loaded with the best factory features, including power windows, cruise control, the factory AM/FM stereo, a tilt steering column, and air conditioning (now blowing cold with modern R134a refrigerant.) And because this is an early Camaro, there are little features fans love to point out, like the T-style three-spoke sports steering wheel and dual mph/kph speedometer.
With a low-mileage car that has been so well cared for so far, you'll love to lift the hood and see the engine bay has been just as nicely preserved. In fact, these early third-gen cars, with their 305 cubic-inch V8 and four-barrel carburetor, are always ripe for plenty of affordable power upgrades. But with such a well-preserved numbers-matching powerhouse, we just really love it for its time capsule quality right now. But as much as this is a great preservation car, we know you won't be able to resist adding miles to the odometer. After all, when you mix the V8 with the control of a five-speed it's pure driving fun. Plus, this has great anytime features with power steering, sway bars front & rear, and the superior stopping power of four-wheel power disc brakes.
A preserved car like this needs the right paperwork, too. That's why the sale comes with the dealer invoice, owner's manual, service manuals, and maintenance records. When you have a chance at something so well preserved and presented, you know you can't let it slip away. Call today!!!
