A 1965 Chevrolet Panel Delivery is one of the coolest ways for everything from promoting your business to a weekend surf wagon. And as you dig deeper, you see terrific details, right down to the glossy lumber on the cargo floor. It shows the quality difference that comes from a long-term frame-off restoration. So when you can find one this special that's also so affordable, you know it's a great deal.
We have binders of info documenting a restoration that started in 2000 and didn't end until last year. This C10-based panel van was taken down to bare metal and given a rotisserie restoration. The idea was to get a classic that was straight, bright, and vintage. The Seafoam Green has a true 1960s vibe, and the white paint looks like a scoop of vanilla ice cream on this nostalgia sundae (because this used to be an ice cream van!) But because this is a work vehicle, they also made sure it would never be so fancy that you'd be afraid to get the job done in this one. That's what we really like about it. They invested in quality fundamentals, but never lost the spirit of an industrial vehicle. It's a theme you will see throughout this Chevy.

Open the door to all those great classic Chevy truck features you love. The large dual-spoke steering wheel, a speedometer as long as the horizon, and a strong steel dash... It has an overall durable feeling that has lasted for decades, but you can also see its far fresher. There are a few subtle upgrades, like the tall towing side mirrors for a better rear view, and the radio is a retro-style AM/FM digital tuner w/cassette. But your favorite feature is going to be behind the front seat. This has plenty of protected storage for you to carry all the equipment you need for business, pleasure, or both! Just like the pickups of the era, this has a real wood on the floor, so people will love to see you open those large rear doors no matter if you are camping or tailgating.
Under the hood is a 230 cubic-inch motor. It goes for a very honest look here, because the Chevy inline-six has earned a reputation for being tough and reliable as an anvil. So while we all know plenty of V8s that would fit in this engine bay, this current powerhouse really fits with the van's ready-to-work attitude. While this is not an all-out speed machine, it has the right power and torque to really keep this delivery truck moving. Plus, you get full control over it with the classic three-on-the-three column shifted manual transmission. As you look underneath, you'll see everything from fresher components to wide/modern Cooper Cobra tires on GM Rally wheels. It means you can enjoy classic motoring with confidence.
Over 55 years later, and this Panel Deliver is still delivering... only instead of industrial goods, this one is bringing eye-catching attention and a value price. Don't miss out, call today!
