This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS tribute has all the right pieces you love. There's a timeless color combo on the exterior, an iconic houndstooth interior, cold-blowing A/C, an updated small block, and four-on-the-floor. It's all part of an overall package that delivers a cool classic that's built for driving.
The black paint has a presentation that strikes a good balance between a good gloss for attention, but it's never anything too fancy to keep you from truly driving and enjoying this Camaro. That sets the right tone for the whole car. In fact, you'll spot some fun additions to make for a cooler style and a better driver. Those Z/28 racing stripes are painted on to give a good contrast to the black, and they love to highlight the cowl hood and full-width rear spoiler. The upgraded 17-inch American Racing Torq Thrust wheels give this a better stance and allow you to fit better modern tires. The SS badging, dual exhaust tips, and chin spoiler are all part of this aggressive Super Sport style.
And even details like the good chrome bumpers and clean glass contribute to an attractive appearance.
The black and white style of the outside really comes together inside on the upgraded houndstooth cloth seat inserts. There are even nice details, like the button-top seatbacks, wood-like trim, and working interior lights. So this has a true classic appeal, but there are also worthwhile upgrades. These include an AM/FM stereo with Aux input and cold-blowing air conditioning. But it doesn't take much to see that the focus of this one is really on the driver. You have bucket seats up front, wide headrests, a grippy Chevy sports steering wheel, and a nice speedo and tach package in the dash. Plus, the center console is home to desirable features like the Hurst shifter and quad auxiliary gauge package.
The sleek and dark inner walls of the engine bay do a terrific job of funneling all your attention to the clean and mean 350 cubic inch V8 in the middle. While it has the style to grab attention, you'll love it most because it has some serious muscle. There are go-fast goodies like the Trick Flow Kenny Duttweiler heads, a Quick Fuel four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock RPM Air Gap Intake, an MSD ignition, and Dougs headers feeding into the dual exhaust and Magnaflow mufflers. Best of all, the Muncie four-speed manual transmission means you have complete control over the motor and its rumbling soundtrack. You also get power steering, power brakes, front discs (with drilled & slotted rotors,) subframe connectors, and grippy ZR-rated tires for a terrific total driving package.
This Camaro is for those who love to have fun. After all, it's a legend with upgraded power and thoughtful additions to make it more stylish and comfortable. So you know this one needs to be in your driveway. Call today!!!
