The second-generation Trans Am was a seriously intimidating package. Under the hood is proper Pontiac power with the 400 cubic-inch V8. This is the numbers-matching motor, and it has an exceptionally stock presentation right down to the shaker hood display. But looks can be a bit deceiving. This V8 has been upgraded with a Holley Sniper fuel injection system for the best in power and consistency. The numbers-matching four-speed manual transmission gives you full control of the power and the growl of the newer H-pipe dual exhaust. This is built to be a nice handle with Bilstein shocks and thick sway bars front & rear. The power brake package has been overhauled everywhere, from the master cylinder to the wheel cylinders. There are even front discs with slotted rotors. It all means that this stunner is also a sharp driver.
